RETURNS POLICY

Although we hope there are no problems with your product we understand that sometimes products need to be returned for a variety of reasons.

You may return your item to us within 14 days of receipt.

We happily welcome returns  providing the item is in unused condition and returned with its original packaging in resalable condition unless of course the item is faulty, where in this instance you may return the item without its packaging.

If the item is faulty then please contact us for a return label, for all other return reasons the customer is liable for return postage.

To make the process simple and quick for us and you please include as much information as you can with your return, preferably the order number and reason for return, this speeds up the return process for us and ensures a speedy refund for you.
