Returns

• We are unable to accept returned goods unless they are unused and in original packaging. Any Item ordered in error we will resend the correct item required for the cost of post & package.
  

Exchanges

• If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item please email or call us to request a replacement within 30 days of purchase.  

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different one please return the original item to us and place a new order for the item you would like to purchase.

Damaged Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged please let us know within 24 hours and tell us if you want a refund or replacement.

• If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging please let us know.
