Order Form

Ordering with Bowls4u

You can place your order via email or over the phone (contact infomation avalible on our Contact us page), we will ask you to confirm all details on email once the order has been agreed. All images for logos will need to be supplied in a good quality and in a format we can read.

When you have decided on the garment you want and you are looking to place the actual order we would ask that you use the attached word document to list the sizes you require. If you are also looking to add individual names and numbers please also include these on the table. Please note that the names will be copied using the spelling given as well as the use of upper and lower fonts.
